Set inside the historic hôtel de Massilian—an 18th-century former hôtel particulier designed by Jean Péru in 1694—this museum was established in 1996 following the wishes of artists Jean Angladon and Paulette Martin. They inherited the vast fortune and art collection of Parisian haute-couture designer Jacques Doucet.

When you step inside, you can admire preserved original decor on the main floor and a historic staircase while exploring art spanning the 18th to 20th centuries. The collections showcase masterpieces across diverse artistic movements.
