It is currently awaiting its final relocation to a newly designed six-story, 3,000-square-meter facility by architect Giancarlo Mazzanti at the former Caribbean Cultural Park. Until then, its extensive collection is housed in the Coltabaco building, preparing for a future venue that will feature a cinematheque, a cultural shop, and Alejandro Obregón's monumental mural *Cosas del aire*.
