Located in Winter Haven, Florida, Legoland Florida Resort was built on the historical site of the former Cypress Gardens theme park. Merlin Entertainments acquired the property for $22.3 million and officially opened the resort on October 15, 2011. Encompassing 145 acres, it stands as the second-largest Legoland park in the world. Ticket prices for Legoland Florida change by date and season, and the park sells single-day, multi-day and annual passes — buying online in advance is almost always cheaper than at the gate, and popular dates can sell out. Check the official site for live pricing before you travel.
