Attractiepark Toverland is a theme park located in Sevenum, the Netherlands. It opened in 2001 under the Gelissen Group, originally operating as an indoor-only family entertainment centre. Over the years, the destination expanded into a major park with both indoor and outdoor sections, eventually earning the European Star Award for Best Theme Park in 2018. Recent updates brought partially rebranded spaces alongside new rides for visitors exploring this Dutch attraction.
The park spans six distinct themed areas, two of which are located inside all-weather indoor buildings. Guests can explore the original indoor Land van Toos, the alpine-inspired Wunder Wald, the Ancient Greek land of Ithaka, the fantasy-themed Magische Vallei, the Mediterranean entrance portal of Port Laguna, and the Arthurian realm of Avalon. These diverse zones seamlessly connect play spaces, themed pathways, and scenic dining spots across the resort property.
Toverland offers diverse attractions for all thrill levels, ranging from major roller coasters to immersive water rides and family play areas. Famous signature rides include the wooden coaster Troy, the wing coaster Fēnix, the powered toboggan Maximus' Blitz Bahn, and log flume Expedition Zork. With interactive shows, spinning coasters, log flumes, and dedicated play zones, the park comfortably accommodates young families, coaster enthusiasts, and multi-generational day trippers alike.
