Travellers can also reach the beach directly from Canggu via the GoBoat fast ferry service, which runs between Nelayan Beach and the ferry terminal at Padang Padang in Uluwatu, trimming the coast-to-coast journey down to just 35 minutes.
The destination itself is a compact 110-metre-long stretch of coastline defined by fine white sand nestled against tall cliffside rock formations. Reaching the shore is an adventure in its own right, requiring visitors to descend 120 steps and navigate a scenic, narrow path winding between a massive fallen rock and the surrounding cliff face. An entrance fee is required to access the beach.
