Nha Trang is a ward situated within Khánh Hòa province, Vietnam. Following a reorganization of the province in 2025, it stands as one of 65 new wards, communes, and special zones established within the local administrative structure.
The ward's creation was finalized on June 16, 2025, when the National Assembly Standing Committee issued Resolution No. 1667/NQ-UBTVQH15 regarding the arrangement of commune-level administrative units in Khánh Hòa province.
Under Clause 49 of Article 1 in the resolution, the entire land area and population of five former wards—Vạn Thạnh, Lộc Thọ, Vĩnh Nguyên, Tân Tiến, and Phước Hòa—were integrated into the single new ward of Nha Trang.
