Located roughly 25 kilometers (16 miles) off the coast of Sihanoukville in the Gulf of Thailand, Koh Rong is Cambodia's second-largest island. Reaching this tropical destination is straightforward via sea routes, with multiple daily high-speed ferries operating from Sihanoukville to convey visitors across the water in approximately 30 to 45 minutes.

The island boasts 43 kilometers (27 miles) of delicate beaches spanning at least 23 distinct stretches.
