Why Arrah (Côte-d’Ivoire)
Arrah is a settlement located in the east-central portion of Ivory Coast. It functions as a commune and serves as a sub-prefecture as well as the administrative seat for the Arrah Department. Positioned within the Moronou Region, the town is part of the larger Lacs District.
