Lumen Field, located in Seattle's SoDo neighborhood within a mile of downtown, is an open-air stadium built on the site of the former Kingdome. Designed to mimic the intense outdoor atmosphere of Husky Stadium, Seahawks owner Paul Allen helped shape this venue to provide intimate views and an unmatched game-day experience. The stadium features a U-shaped layout with an open north end framing the downtown skyline, highlighted by a 13-story tower with a vertical scoreboard and the 3,000-seat "Hawks' Nest" bleachers.

While a roof covers 70% of the seating, the field remains open to the elements. Lumen Field is famous for its legendary noise level, where passionate fans twice earned the Guinness World Record for the loudest outdoor crowd roar, creating a true home-field advantage that frequently causes false start penalties for visiting teams. Home to the NFL's Seattle Seahawks, MLS's Seattle Sounders FC, and NWSL's Seattle Reign FC, the venue offers wide concourses with views of Mount Rainier and nearby T-Mobile Park.

From hosting historic soccer finals to packed football games, visiting this site puts you right in the heart of Seattle's iconic sports culture.
