Located on the University of Arizona campus in Tucson near Park Avenue and Speedway Boulevard, the University of Arizona Museum of Art (UAMA) offers an exceptional cultural experience. You can explore a diverse permanent collection of more than 6,000 works spanning European and American fine art from the Renaissance to the present. Art enthusiasts will appreciate the museum's historic roots, which grew from a 1930s Works Projects Administration donation of 200 prints to an expansive collection featuring famous names and distinctive movements.

During your visit, you can marvel at the renowned Samuel H. Kress Collection, featuring European masterpieces and the magnificent 26-panel Retablo of the Cathedral of the Ciudad Rodrigo by Fernando Gallego and Maestro Bartolomé. Modern and contemporary art lovers can discover 200 late 19th- and 20th-century works in the Edward J.

Gallagher III Memorial Collection, including sculptures by Auguste Rodin and Alexander Calder alongside abstract expressionist paintings by Jackson Pollock and Mark Rothko. You can also view 20th-century American works, Jacques Lipchitz's studio models, and 71 portraits by British artist Robert Priseman.
