Located in Savio, a frazione of Ravenna in Italy's Emilia-Romagna region, Mirabilandia sits next to the pine grove in Classe along the Adriatica state road. Spanning 850,000 square metres (210 acres) with a 55-hectare main park footprint and a separate 12-hectare water park, it holds the title of the biggest theme park in Italy. First opened on July 4, 1992, the park is currently owned and operated by the Spanish entertainment company Parques Reunidos, which acquired it in 2006.

The park's sprawling grounds are arranged into distinct themed zones designed for diverse tastes. Guests enter through Pirate Bay, a pirate-themed entrance plaza, before exploring immersive areas such as Route 66, Ducati World, Dinoland, Far West Valley, Nickelodeon Land, and Adventureland—which features the Mayan-themed zone City of Sian Ka'an. There is also a post-apocalyptic New York zone surrounding the interactive dark ride Reset.

Mirabilandia is celebrated for its world-class thrill rides and record-breaking attractions. Highlights include Katun, Europe's longest inverted roller coaster; iSpeed, Italy's tallest and fastest launched coaster; Divertical, the world's tallest water coaster; and Desmo Race, the world's only spike dueling coaster. It is also home to Eurowheel, Europe's second tallest Ferris wheel at 92 metres. Additionally, the resort houses the Hot Wheels stunt show and the separate Mirabeach water park.

Whether you are a thrill-seeker aiming to ride record-breaking coasters, a family exploring the interactive attractions in Dinoland or Nickelodeon Land, or a traveler looking for a multi-day trip, Mirabilandia caters to all ages. With its extensive water rides like El Dorado Falls and Rio Bravo alongside immersive lands and stunt shows, it serves as a complete entertainment destination in Northern Italy.
