Located in Brühl, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, Phantasialand is a world-renowned theme park that draws approximately 2 million visitors each year. Opened on April 30, 1967, by Gottlieb Löffelhardt and Richard Schmidt, it originally started as a family-oriented fairytale destination before expanding into thrilling attractions. It continuously introduces fresh experiences and has also set out to attract business clientele under its 'Business to Pleasure' slogan.

Despite operating on a relatively small area, the park compensates for its compact footprint through remarkable, high-level themed detailing and frequent redevelopment. To make space for ambitious new projects like the Klugheim and Rookburgh areas, older rides are regularly removed. The meticulously landscaped resort is arranged into distinct themed zones including Berlin, Mexico, Mystery, Deep in Africa, Wuze Town, and Rookburgh, offering a unique layout to explore.

Phantasialand is famous for its groundbreaking thrill rides, water attractions, and grand entertainment offerings. Headline coasters like the multi-launch Taron and the flying coaster F.L.Y. draw adrenaline seekers, while rides like Chiapas and River Quest deliver spectacular splash experiences. Beyond daytime rides, visitors can enjoy various performance shows, as well as an exclusive evening dinner show experience called Fantissima.

Whether you are visiting with children or seeking extreme roller coaster thrills, Phantasialand caters to all types of travellers. Families will find dedicated children's attractions in Wuze Town, while thrill-seekers can tackle world-record-holding coasters. With immersive themed resort hotels located right on-site, the park is perfectly equipped for both single-day visits and immersive multi-day trips.
