Step into history at All Saints Church, Alrewas, a stunning Grade I Listed Building nestled in Staffordshire, England. Located in the north west of the village right on the north side of the Trent & Mersey Canal, this active parish church offers you a rich journey through centuries of historic architecture. While a wooden house of worship stood on the site as far back as 822AD, the stone building you see today mainly spans the 13th, 14th, 16th, and 19th centuries.

Inside, you will discover fascinating remnants from its past: heavy Norman masonry, a fine 13th-century Early English chancel with lancet windows, and a majestic 14th-century tower. Take time to admire the 16th-century carved timber roofs, a surviving fragment of medieval wall painting on the north chancel wall, and two ancient 14th-century chests. You can also view a 15th-century octagonal font anchored by four lions, an intricate carved wooden pulpit from 1639, and beautiful stained glass windows by Charles Eamer Kempe.

It remains a vibrant community hub hosting regular Sunday services and home to an active bell ringing group.
