Look up at the garden façade, decorated with sandstone Bacchants, atlantes, and caryatids supporting the balustrade, alongside gilded bronze lettering that spells "Sans, Souci." on the domed central bow.
Beyond the palace, you will see the surrounding park filled with temples, follies, and symmetrical tree rows leading to trellised gazebos. Step into the nearby Sanssouci Picture Gallery—the oldest extant ruler-built museum in Germany—or visit the matching New Chambers to the west.
