Located in the Central African Republic's capital of Bangui, the Church of Fatima (known in French as Église de Fatima de Bangui) is a Roman Catholic church situated within the PK5 neighborhood. History again touched the location on May 1, 2018, when PK5 self-defense forces under the leadership of Amineri Matar, also known as "Force," stormed the church, killing 27 people and wounding 170 others.
