Located in Cleveland, Ohio's Wade Park District of University Circle, the Cleveland Museum of Art (CMA) is an internationally renowned institution housing over 61,000 works of art from across the globe. The museum offers free general admission, giving you access to one of the most visited art institutions in the world.

Originally opened in 1916 with a neoclassical Beaux-Arts building, the museum expanded into a massive 592,000-square-foot complex featuring a soaring glass-covered atrium courtyard designed by Rafael Viñoly. Inside, you can explore 16 diverse departments, including internationally recognized holdings of Asian and Egyptian art, medieval items, and sub-Saharan African art.

Highlights include a damaged yet unique 1970 casting of Auguste Rodin's The Thinker on the main staircase, the ancient bronze statue attributed to Praxiteles (Apollo the Python-Slayer), and masterpieces by iconic artists such as Monet, Picasso, Botticelli, Caravaggio, and Vincent van Gogh. Additionally, the Mandel Armor Court features 16th-century Italian horse-and-knight jousting armor, while the outdoor Wade Park Fine Arts Garden displays monumental sculptures like Chester Beach's Fountain of the Waters around the scenic Wade Lagoon.
