Designed by Calgary architects Lawson & Fordyce alongside Boston's Allen & Collens, this magnificent site stands as one of western Canada's most sophisticated examples of Gothic Revival architecture.
Today, the church is a proud member of the United Church of Canada and officially became an affirming congregation in March 2007, dedicated to the full inclusion and affirmation of gay, lesbian, and transgender individuals. During your visit, you will marvel at the stunning historic architecture, which houses one of the largest Casavant Frères organs in western Canada. Music plays a central role here, anchoring a vibrant music program that makes the building a renowned local venue for concerts of all kinds.
