Located in Little Rock, Arkansas, the Mosaic Templars Cultural Center is a nationally-accredited, world-class Department of Arkansas Heritage museum dedicated to preserving and celebrating African American history, culture, and community in Arkansas from 1870 to the present. You can explore the rich legacy of Black achievements, particularly across business, politics, and the arts. Built on the site of a historic fraternal order founded in 1883 by former slaves John E.
Bush and Chester W. Keatts to provide vital insurance services, this four-story museum offers over 8,000 square feet of interactive educational and exhibit space. Inside, you will discover dynamic permanent exhibits alongside a dedicated interactive children's gallery and a temporary exhibit gallery on the first floor.
Head up to the second floor to utilize the Bush-Remmel genealogical research center and library, or visit the third floor to experience the inspiring Arkansas Black Hall of Fame.
