Located in Lund Municipality, Sweden, Västra Hoby Church (Västra Hoby kyrka) offers a fascinating look into the region's rich ecclesiastical history. Belonging to the parish of Torns within the Diocese of Lund, this unique site combines structural elements across several centuries. While most of the church building was constructed in 1886 following the demolition of its predecessor, the impressive 15th-century tower was preserved and still stands today.

Inside, you will discover remarkable historic treasures. A notable feature is the 15th-century reredos displayed on the back wall of the church room. Originally stored at the Kulturen museum of cultural history in Lund before being returned home, it features 19 detailed fields depicting the childhood of Jesus, a large central crucifixion scene, and the Story of the Passion.

Visitors can also admire a medieval sandstone baptismal font, an 1886 altarpiece painted by Hjalmar Berggren as a copy of a Carl Bloch artwork, and a vintage church organ built by Eskil Lundin in 1904. Relocated from the deconsecrated Odarslöv Church in 2002, this 528-pipe organ replaced a modern 1966 instrument, adding to the church's timeless charm.
