Nickelodeon Universe consists of indoor theme parks situated inside the Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota, and the American Dream complex in East Rutherford, New Jersey. Owned and operated by the Triple Five Group under licensing from Paramount Skydance, these indoor destinations provide year-round entertainment for families and thrill-seekers alike. Both locations showcase rides and immersive attractions themed directly around popular Nickelodeon franchises, operating completely indoors within major retail and entertainment complexes.
The flagship Minnesota site originally opened in 1992 as Knott's Camp Snoopy before transitioning briefly to The Park at MOA. Rebranded as Nickelodeon Universe in March 2008, the park underwent significant renovations to introduce signature attractions. Guests exploring the Bloomington park can experience themed highlights such as the SpongeBob SquarePants Rock Bottom Plunge roller coaster, the Splat-O-Sphere drop tower, the Avatar Airbender surf-rider, and the Rugrats Reptarmobiles, alongside on-site dining and retail outlets like the Nickelodeon Shop.
In East Rutherford, New Jersey, the second Nickelodeon Universe covers an eight-acre indoor space at American Dream. This location features major record-breaking coasters, including TMNT Shellraiser, a Gerstlauer Euro-Fighter holding the record for the steepest roller coaster drop at 121.5 degrees. It is paired with The Shredder, recognized as the world's tallest and longest free-spinning roller coaster at 1,600 feet of track, delivering intense thrills alongside various family attractions and arcades.

02 Tickets & prices
Ticket prices for Nickelodeon Universe change by date and season, and the park sells single-day, multi-day and annual passes — buying online in advance is almost always cheaper than at the gate, and popular dates can sell out. Check the official site for live pricing before you travel.
