In fact, early leaders included Moses Alexander, a mayor of Boise and governor of Idaho. Outside, you can admire the 1896 wood-shingled building's unique architectural blend, featuring a Rundbogenstil exterior highlighted by a large rose window flanked by horseshoe arches. As you look closer, you are viewing a sanctuary whose original construction was partially financed by famous icons Levi Strauss & Co. and Marshall Field.

Inside, you can see a striking barrel-vaulted ceiling supported by Moorish Revival horseshoe arches. Added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1972 and relocated to Latah Street in 2003, this charming synagogue offers an inspiring glimpse into Boise's enduring cultural story.
