Originally commissioned by Suleiman I, the eighth shah of Safavid Iran, this historic site served primarily as a private pavilion. In its later history, it also famously operated as His Majesty's School (Madrese-ye Homayouni), making it the very first modern school in Isfahan.
Translating to "the Eight Heavens," Hasht Behesht is an architectural wonder you should not miss. This structure features a central hall surrounded by eight distinct rooms and includes two main entrances.
